Hello, and welcome!
My name is Ashley, and I am the founder, Reiki Master, and Certified Sound Practitioner behind Elevated Energetics Healing Center.
My Reiki journey began three years ago after experiencing a life-changing setback. I was injured by a vaccine and found myself in a place where traditional medicine and treatments no longer offered the relief I so desperately needed. I had seen countless doctors, tried different medications, and was constantly faced with new diagnoses, but nothing seemed to work long-term. For a while, I felt trapped in a cycle of temporary fixes, only to be right back at square one again.
In my search for healing, I discovered Reiki, and it truly transformed my life. What started as a glimmer of hope quickly became the key to my recovery. Over time, I noticed my daily episodes—the ones that once kept me from living my life—begin to subside. What used to happen every day, became less frequent, moving from weekly, to monthly, and now, I may only experience an episode once every few months, if that. This profound healing experience inspired me to have a deep passion for holistic wellness, become a Reiki Master, and share the power of Reiki with others.
As a Reiki Master and Certified Sound practitioner, I blend the ancient practice of Reiki with advanced healing tools to offer a truly unique and personalized experience for you. My mission is to help you reconnect with your inner peace, restore balance in your life, and awaken your body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you're looking to relieve chronic stress, overcome emotional blockages, seeking relief from physical pain, emotional healing, or simply feel more centered, I am here to support you every step of the way.

What Should I Expect During My First Session?
At the start of your Reiki session, you will lay fully clothed comfortably on a Ereada® Far-Infrared Amethyst Mat under a nice warm blanket atop a massage table. The Ereada® Far-Infrared Amethyst Mat uses cutting-edge technology like crystal rays deep FIR heat, hot stone therapy, negative ions, static magnets, magnetic copper coils, and photon red light LEDs. This mat helps relax your muscles, detoxify your body, and create an environment conducive to deep energetic healing.
I then provide a Chakra reading with a Pendulum to assess the energy flow within your body. By identifying any imbalances or blockages in your seven main chakras, I can tailor the session to your specific needs, addressing the areas of your life that require healing and support. We will also discuss any personal intentions that you may have or what to hold during your session. These steps ensure that we work on the most pressing energy blocks to bring you the maximum benefit.
During your session, you will listen to a Guided Meditation where you will experience a transformative meditation journey, that is crafted to help you let go of fears, insecurities, stress, anxiety, anger, and past wounds, while nurturing a sense of confidence, self-love, and personal empowerment. Meditation Music, or healing frequencies. I will be using a gentle hands-on approach to channel Reiki healing energy throughout your body. while also using a variety of other powerful healing tools, including Tuning Forks, Crystals, Incense, and Aromatherapy. These elements work synergistically to clear energy blockages, restore balance, and amplify the healing energy within your body, mind, and spirit so you'll feel lighter, brighter, and better equipped to move forward with improved health, happiness, and a positive mindset.
After your session has concluded we will discuss your experience, and will provide another Chakra reading to ensure all seven chakras are balanced.
What Might I Feel?
In a Reiki session, clients typically experience a sense of deep relaxation, calmness, and sometimes emotional release or heightened awareness.
Here’s is a list of what most clients have said they have experienced during a session:

Relaxation: Most people feel a profound sense of relaxation, similar to meditation or deep rest. Some even fall asleep during the session because of the calming effect.

Warmth or Tingling Sensations: Many report feeling a gentle warmth or tingling where the practitioner's hands are placed. This is often described as a soothing, comforting sensation.

Emotional Release: Reiki can sometimes bring up emotions, such as tears, laughter, or a feeling of emotional lightness. This is thought to be part of the healing process, where blocked energy is released.

Increased Awareness: Some individuals experience heightened sensitivity to their thoughts or body sensations during the session. They might become more aware of areas where they hold tension or emotions.

Cleansing Effects: After a session, some people feel a sense of lightness, clarity, or even experience a temporary increase in energy levels. Occasionally, individuals may feel tired or a little "off" as their body adjusts to the energy shift.

No Immediate Sensations: It's also common for some individuals to not feel anything significant during the session. However, they may still experience positive changes or emotional shifts afterward.
Every Reiki experience is different because each person’s energy and emotional state are unique, so the sensations can vary widely.
How Often Should I Receive Reiki?
Receiving Reiki just once may notice an immediate improvement, as it is a gentle rebalance of your energy flow. This initial shift can help you feel more relaxed, clear, and centered. However, for a deeper and more profound transformation, a series of sessions is often helpful to help kick-start your healing. Following that, periodic sessions can support your continued well-being and keep your energy aligned.
The frequency of Reiki sessions is deeply personal and depends on your unique needs. For general well-being and to maintain a sense of calm and balance, many people find that a session every few weeks or once a month is enough to stay connected and grounded. If you're working through specific health concerns, emotional challenges, or personal goals, more frequent sessions may be helpful in the beginning. But there’s no one-size-fits-all answer—it’s about what feels right for you and your healing journey.
It’s also important to remember that Reiki is here to complement your healthcare plan, not replace it. Reiki can be a beautiful support system, working alongside traditional treatments to help you feel more relaxed, balanced, and empowered as you navigate your healing process.

Every session I offer is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Through Reiki Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing, I help you reconnect to the parts of yourself that are ready to heal, awaken, and expand. With the Ereada Amethyst FIR Biomat, you’re cradled in the soothing warmth and earth energy of crystal healing. I also work with animals, honoring their pure spirits through Animal Reiki sessions. And if you feel called to heal in your own sacred space, I offer Mobile and In-Home Reiki, meeting you wherever you are, physically and energetically. Every time you walk into a session with me, know that you are seen, supported, and held in pure, heart-centered energy.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Your healing journey is important to me, and each session is reserved especially for you with care and intention. To honor both our time and energy, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged a $75 fee.

If you have purchased a session package, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of one session from your package.
For Reiki Healing Parties, Mobile and In-Home Reiki sessions, please allow 48 hours' notice whenever possible due to travel accommodations. Life happens — I completely understand emergencies and unexpected events. Please reach out as soon as you are able if something urgent arises. How It Works:

Reiki Parties are available for 3 to 6 guests, including the host.

Each guest enjoys a 30-minute private Reiki session in a quiet, peaceful space.

Sessions are $60 per person (tips are not expected but always appreciated!)

I’ll arrive 30 minutes early to set up. A private, quiet room is needed for the sessions.

After everyone has received their treatment, I’ll stay a little longer to answer any questions or talk about the experience.

If your location is more than 15 miles from Hamburg, NY, a small additional fee may apply for travel time and mileage.

As a thank-you, the host will receive a gift certificate for a free 50-minute Reiki session ($131 value).
